Overview

SUMMARY: Assist management with all consumer driven promotional opportunities.  Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate promotions, special events and holiday events including but not limited to: Pull Tab events, 50+ Day and monthly drawings
  • Coordinate with all operational departments in the development of programs and special events                                                                                                                             
  • Generate necessary material requests, check requests and support material to ensure invoices are paid promptly                                                                                                      
  • Provide promotion and special event attendance reports to management and accounting           
  • Coordinate advertising support programs for promotions, and special events 
  • Assist vendors on outside sponsorships, co-ops and other promotions

Qualifications

Knowledge and Certification

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

 

Preferred:

  • 1 year Marketing experience

 

Skills Required:

  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows XP
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
