Overview

SUMMARY: To sell waterpark wristbands and merchandise to guests. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

Responsibilities

  •  Assist guests with questions and purchases, while following cash-handling procedures     
  • Account for the overall accuracy of daily paperwork, including deposits, variances, and shift reports
  • Maintain the overall general appearance sales and storage areas
  • Rotate stock to ensure product quality and freshness
  • Verify that all items are properly priced

Qualifications

Knowledge and Certification

Required:

  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Previous customer service experience

Preferred:

  •  High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

Skills Required:

  •  Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Abilities Required:

  •  Ability to work fast and efficiently
  • Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
  • Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to serve both internal and external customers
  • Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
