SUMMARY: To assist with the successful coordination and administration of various Human Resources functions. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.


  • Maintain front desk coverage including incoming telephone calls, greeting guests, providing information and assisting team members/ applicants
  • Process applicants who are extended a conditional job offer
  • Enter and control data from confidential records into various Human Resources databases and verify outputs
  • Compile, maintain and audit personnel, benefits and training records
  • Generate and distribute communications and reports
  • Prepare materials and information packets for various Human Resources functions
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment and process necessary orders
  • Coordinate administrative processes such as meeting / training invites
  • Complete verbal and written employment verifications
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Provide additional administrative support such as filing, copying, data entry and projects


Knowledge and Certification


  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 2 year clerical / administrative support experience


  •  1-year human resources experience

Skills Required:

  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Proven to accurately type 50 wpm
  • Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and database management
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities


  •  Proven ability to create reports from a database

  • Ability to work efficiently
  • Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
  • Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to independently complete multiple tasks in a professional manner
