SUMMARY: To produce maximum revenue via additional floor sales while providing efficient, courteous, effective and professional guest service. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.


  • Maintain a professional atmosphere through selling appearance and guest service while on the bingo floor
  • Provide guests with extra sales, assistance and up-sell products in a timely professional manner
  • Count and verify all inventory and cash received
  • Return inventory to packaging and cash to vault
  • Verify and payout all valid bingo’s with accuracy
  • Count and balance with payout clerk prior to counting winnings out to guest
  • Complete all daily paperwork with neatness and accuracy
  • Cross-train in areas of Bingo and Pull Tabs


Knowledge and Certification


  • 1 year cash handling experience


  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 6 months previous sales and guest service experience

Skills Required:

  •  Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

 Abilities Required:

  •  Ability to enthusiastically sell and up-sell bingo packages and promotions
  • Ability to work fast and efficiently
  • Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
  • Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to independently complete multiple tasks in a professional manner
  • Ability to serve both internal and external customers
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
