SUMMARY: To provide quality beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.


Formulate beverages according to established recipes and present food products according to presentation standards Operate micros register handling cash accurately, making up banks for oncoming shift, handling coupons and making proper entries and correct change Initiate and establish superior guest service including recommending drink and food selections and informing of specials Stock supplies for work station to maintain necessary pars and monitor quality of product Set up and close work stations in compliance with established procedures


Knowledge and Certification Required: 1 year guest service experience Knowledge of Micros or equivalent computer software Cash handling experience Preferred: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Restaurant/Beverage experience Skills Required: Accurate and detail-oriented Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills Abilities Required: Ability to work fast and efficiently Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
