SUMMARY: To provide superior guest service to guests. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your department�s guest service standards.


  • Welcome guests, answer questions and provide information and support to guests
  • Input, update and maintain accurate player information in the player tracking database Issue player cards for club members
  • Be knowledgeable about and provide guests with information regarding passport club membership, casino events, cruise line information and other property amenities
  • Redeem cash, prizes and comps for guests following department guidelines
  • Maintain and service coat check, paging, wheelchair distribution as well as lost and found area following policies and standards
  • Meet monthly goals as established by management



  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 1-year hospitality or guest service experience, preferably in casinos

Skills Required:

  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
  • Proven high guest service skills
  • Accurate data-entry skills

Abilities Required:

  • Ability to work fast and efficiently
  • Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
  • Ability to independently complete multiple tasks in a professional manner
  • Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
  • Ability to retain large amounts of information regarding the property and its amenities
