Overview

SUMMARY: To provide valet parking services for guests. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a smile and eye contact providing superior service by having knowledge of casino functions, events and property amenities
  • Accept responsibility for guests' vehicle and keys
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles in a safe manner and safeguard keys
  • Control funds and balance bank

Qualifications

Required:

  • Valid class D vehicle operator's license
  • 1-year cash handling experience

Preferred:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

Skills Required:

  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Abilities Required:

  • Ability to work fast and efficiently
  • Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
  • Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
