SUMMARY: To ensure game integrity enforcing policies and procedures while promoting positive team member and guest relations. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.


  • Ensure game integrity and that dealing policies and procedures are followed
  • Promote positive team member and guest relations         
  • Operate the table games software
  • Monitor table activity and guest play ensuring compliance with Title 31 guidelines
  • Correct dealer errors and settle player disputes
  • Evaluate dealers performance on an on-going basis
  • Initiate and verify fills and credits for tables
  • Issue comps following established guidelines


Knowledge and Certification


  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 6 months table games experience



  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Proven knowledge of basic strategy and (+) and (-) count system
  • Treasure Island dealing experience

Skills Required:

  •  Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows XP
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills

Abilities Required:

  •  Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
  • Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to serve both internal and external customers
  • Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
