Overview

SUMMARY: To provide leadership and direction to staff, and to manage the overall front-of-the house operations of Tado Steakhouse. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards that exceed guest expectations
  • Hire, coach, supervise, and develop staff
  • Develop an annual budget, and maintain controls on financials, including labor costs, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of operations
  • Create, maintain and revise training manuals, policy / procedure manual, and job descriptions
  • Set clear and concise performance standards which define sales / volume
  • Complete all administrative paperwork in a thorough and timely manner
  • Monitor inventory make recommendations for supply / equipment purchases
  • Participate with Hospitality and Casino Management teams for networking, training, and support

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 5 years manager experience in a high volume ala carte restaurant, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred:

  • 4-year degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Budgeting experience
  • 2 years experiece in Fine Dining

Skills Required:

  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows XP, including computer-based cash handling experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
